Vegetation: Creosote Bush Scrub with Fouquieria splendens, Ambrosia dumosa. Geology: Rocky, sandy alluvial plain.
Perennial to 6 dm tall x 1 m wide. Approximately 1 cm wide white flowers open at 9 am (mostly cloudy) but shriveling quickly after collection.Only 2 plants observed in area.
