An open disturbed flat above creek in a mostly burnt section of forest with Salix, Artemisia tridentata, Penstemon grinnellii, Rosa californica, Astragalus douglasii, Erysimum capitatum, Calystegia monandrum, Gayophytum diffusum ssp. parviflorum, Sisymbrium altissimum, Lactuca serriola and Bromus tectorum.
Uncommon on rocky/gravely slopes above creek.
