Description:
Associated spp.: Larrea tridentata, Ambrosia salsola, A. dumosa, Datura wrightii, Cylindropuntia sp., Scutellaria mexicana, Amaranthus fimbriatus, Pectis papposa, Bouteloua barbata, B. aristidoides, Bebbia juncea, Marina parryi, Adenophyllum cooperi, Porophyllum gracile. Pop.: > 50 shrubs. Flowers yellow, fruit pods green.
