Riparian/Coastal Sage Scrub with Eriogonum fasciculatum, Isocoma menziesii, Eriogonum giganteum, and Frankenia salina
Shrub to 1.7 m tall; common in this area. This site was probably seeded in on this berm originally, but now this species is naturalizing in this area and apprently spreading along the ditch on I-5 as well
