Plant growing on the immediate north facing slope of a ravine in the shade of Malosma Laurina and Ceanothus tomentosus chaparral.
Herb brittle, erect to reclining. Initial corolla color white, changing to pinkish an, and falling off as a unit after specimen was collected.
