Mixed oak forest. Open forest of Quercus chrysolepis and Quercus lobata on both sides of a dry drainage on granitic soil. Shrub understory dominated by Ericameria nauseosa, Ceanothus sp. Diverse mix of native forbs and on-native grasses. Slope flat. Aspect variable.
