Openings in mixed coniferous forest made of Calocedrus decurrens, Pinus lambertiana and ponderosa, Abies concolor, Arctostaphylos viscida ssp. mariposa, Ceanothus integerrimus, Bromus tectorum, Collinsia parviflora, and Lupinus stiversii
Substrate:
Fiddletown, moderately deep-Holland, sandy subsoil
Description:
White ligulate head.
