A series of meadowy seeps draining to the southeast from the base of a steep slope of metamorphic rock with sagebrush. Meadows contain scattered rounded granite boulders from opposite forested slope. Open, moist flat flowing down in mosses at edge of rivulet, with Juncus balticus, Eleocharis quinqueflora, Mimulus primuloides, Helenium bivelovii, Stellaria longipes, Epilobium ciliatum, Lupinus pratensis and Aster foliaceus var. parryi.
