Gently rolling topography with nonnative grassland; herbs incl. Erodium cicutarium, Bromus madritensis ssp. rubens, B. tectorum, Lupinus bicolor, Lasthenia gracilis, Castilleja exserta, Eremocarpus setigerus. A few widely scattered small shrubs, primarily Chrysothamnus naseosus, occur. Eschscholzia californica sparse, the nearest at least 150 feet away.
