Habitat:
Canyon bottom in montane coniferous forest, with weak riparian development; assoc. with Quercus kelloggii, Q. chrysolepis, Pinus jeffreyi, Cercocarpus betuloides, Phacelia imbricata, etc.
Reproductive Condition:
Buds only
Notes:
Scarce perennial, in bud; one population seen, c. 10 m north of Hwy 2 at junction with Boulder Cyn.
