Largely undisturbed parcel with open grassland dominant but with significant patches of oak woodland, chaparral and coastal sage. There is a dried pond, formed by daming a canyon, on the south side of the parcel. Area becomong developed with scattered large houses and this parcel proposed for subdivision.
Flowering & Fruiting
Uncommon on brushy coastal sage slopes; fls. white, fading to dull red. Shrub to 1 m tall.
