Creosote bush scrub, with Atrichoseris platyphylla, Monoptilon bellioides, Perityle emoryi, Peucephyllum schottii, Pleurocoronis pluriseta, Trichoptilium incisum, Amsinckia tessellata, Cryptantha angustifolia, C. barbigera, C. maritima, Lepidium lasiocarpum, Thelypodium lasiophyllum, Nemacladus orientalis, N. tenuis, etc.
