Pine/Oak Forest with Ceanothus palmeri, Quercus kelloggii, Abies concolor, Pteridium aquilinum, Vicia americana, Bromus tectorum, and Navarretia peninsularis.
Substrate:
Area was burned in 2003 Cedar Fire and is mostly dominated by Ceanothus palmeri at present.

Herbaceous perennial; uncommon.
