Grassland/shrubland. Ridge and steep east-facing slope below the ridgeline. Substrate is a mixture carbonate and granitic rock. Carbonate soil is dominated by Eriogonum fasciculatum and natives. Adjacent non-carbonate soils is dominated by non native grasses. Growing along the road. Slope = moderate, aspect = east.
