Streptanthus tortuosus. Not S. bernardinus or S. longisiliquus ("S. shastense"). This would be far outside of the range for S. bernardinus, which is south of the Transverse Range. Additionally the calx shape and leaf shape are not correct for S. bernardinus. Identification of S. tortuous is based on leaf shape, teeth on lower leaves, branching pattern (side branches), calyx shape, and calyx color. The collection location is within the known range of S. tortuosus.
