25˚ N-facing slope of coarse pumice alluvium. Shady Pinus contorta woodland with dry understory of Artemisia tridentata, Cercocarpus ledifolius, Pinus jeffryi, Ribes cereum, Symphoricarpos rotundifolius, Linanthus nuttallii.
Description:
Scattered in lodgepole duff. Basal clumps to 2dm across.
